Christmas is just around the corner, and we love this time of year at Black’s Fork River Lodge. There is something magical about spending time with family at a beautiful family cabin around Christmas. The month of December is a wonderful time to gather with family at Black’s Fork River Lodge and enjoy time together relaxing and playing outdoors.
Black’s Fork River Lodge is close enough to get away for a couple of days without driving too far, but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet for your family to enjoy time away relaxing during the Christmas season. The Black’s Fork River Lodge is in Mountain View, Wyoming on the bank of the beautiful Black’s Fork River. The lodge is located just a couple of hours from the Salt Lake City area and the Ogden Valley.
The 50-acre property has the Black’s Fork River running through it and has a beautiful 9-bedroom lodge that overlooks the river. There is also a cabin and ranch house on the property for larger groups that need a little more space. The property has a pond for ice skating in the winter, plenty of lawn for playing in the snow, and a great hot tub for relaxing at the end of the day. The inside of the lodge also has plenty of fun things to do with a large screen TV, foosball table, and a wood-burning stove for having a nice fire on a cold winter day. Just up the road is the Meek’s Cabin Trailhead for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing in the gorgeous Uinta Mountains on the Utah and Wyoming border. This Wyoming family Christmas cabin has something for everyone in the family to enjoy.
A cabin in the mountains of Utah and Wyoming is fun any time of year, but there is something extra special about gathering at a family Christmas cabin in Wyoming in December and relaxing around a warm fire while you enjoy time with your loved ones.
