Summer has arrived at Black’s Fork River Lodge. The summer season is an amazing time of year at the lodge for families and groups of friends. There is so much to do that groups never run out of fun things to do. The large property is perfect for big family groups to gather and have plenty of space to play and sleep in a comfortable bed. The recreation on the property is amazing and the mountain trails to hike and ride are just up the road. Summer is full of exciting fun and adventure at Black’s Fork River Lodge. Here are a few of our favorite summer group activities for families at Black’s Fork River Lodge.
Swimming and playing games in the pool is a favorite group family activity in the heat of the summer at Black’s Fork River Lodge. The beautiful swimming pool area also has a large pavilion with a kitchen and dining area, so when you get hungry from all the playing you can have a bite to eat. In the evenings the large hot tub is great for relaxing and soaking. There is also a gas fire pit next to the hot tub if the evening gets cool or your family wants to roast some hot dogs or marshmallows.
The large Black’s Fork River Lodge has a great deck for relaxing and talking with family and friends while you enjoy the river and the wildlife that wanders around the property and river corridor. If the weather gets stormy the inside of the lodge is large enough to play card games, board games, watch a movie, and relax around the dining room table.
The big property is great for playing sports, exploring, and fishing. The Black’s Fork River Lodge has a volleyball court, pickleball court, basketball, pond for kayaking, fishing on the river, and large lawn areas for lawn games. It is a spectacular property for families and groups that love to explore outside and play sports.
