Black’s Fork River Lodge is wonderful in May. The weather is beautiful, the wildlife is active, and everything is greening up and blooming around the property. We love to spend time outside playing in May and enjoying the mild weather and great recreation opportunities. We love to spend time fishing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, playing volleyball and basketball, and enjoying time watching the wildlife from the back deck.
The summer is amazing at Black’s Fork River Lodge, but May and September are maybe our favorite months of the year. The mild weather, great recreation, and wildlife around the property make these two months a magical time at Black’s Fork River Lodge.

The main lodge is perfect for groups of up to 50 people and overlooks the beautiful Black’s Fork River. From the back deck you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the river running by and the wildlife drinking from the river. The ranch house and trapper cabins across the parking lot from the lodge can sleep an additional 10-15 people if your group needs a little more space and beds. The camping cabins, down by the river, are great for large groups that have 50-100 people. They sit down by the pond and river and groups often see wildlife and birds and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as they relax around the camping cabins during their stay.
The Black’s Fork River Lodge is perfect for groups from 20 to 100 people vacationing in Utah or Wyoming. Located near the border of Utah and Wyoming it provides great access to endless recreation in northern Utah and western Wyoming. We hope to see your group soon at Black’s Fork River Lodge.
